The DIS Protocol Analyzer is a very powerful tool. It's difficult to describe all of the features on the web-site and in many cases, the feature may already be there. With that being said, there are many features that would definitely be useful and we have many of these already on the drawing board. In most cases, there are already hooks built in for these features and they will be available as soon as each new feature is complete.

When you purchase the DIS Protocol Analyzer Software, maintenance for the first year is included. After the first year updates are only available to those who purchase a Maintenance Agreement (at a nominal fee). Once you see the number of updates that come out in your first year, we feel confident that you will see the value in getting the Maintenance Agreement.

Priority that new features are added are based on customer feedback. In many cases, features can be added in as little as a few days (of course, depending on the complexity of the feature).
